Where flat roofs show up in Mocksville
Mocksville isn’t where you’d expect a lot of flat-roof work — Davie County is rural, with large lots, mature tree canopy, and a housing stock that runs from 1880s-1920s Victorians around the courthouse square to mid-century ranches and country farmhouses on multi-acre lots. But low-slope roofing is everywhere once you know where to look.

Two questions before we quote
Before recommending a fix on any Mocksville flat roof, we want to know whether the deck under the membrane is wet — once water gets into the decking or insulation, a new membrane just traps moisture that keeps eating the building. We’ll do a moisture survey or a few exploratory cuts first. We also count the leaks: one leak in an 18-year-old TPO roof is a repair; five leaks in different spots means the system is at end of life and patching is throwing money away.
